Commission Terms of Service
General Info
Commissions are for Personal use. If commission is required for commercial purposes, please email me at [email protected] to discuss terms and payment.Work will be sent via Google Drive Folder with the completed piece/assets. It is recommended to save assets to your own computer or cloud for safe keeping.Under no circumstances do I permit my work to be used in markets that involve block chain technology. This includes any form of NFT or crypto currency.I do not permit the use of my work to be used for AI training under any circumstances.Payment:
Prices are in USD, Payment must be paid in full or half upfront, via Paypal or stripe (+5% fee)
For NZ commissions, bank transfer is available.The final price may be adjusted based on the complexity of the commission.Refunds are only allowed before the work has started.If the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason, the client may request a refund based on the state of the commission.Artist Rights
The artist reserve the right to display and distribute the commission for portfolio use and/or social media.Client Rights
Full artist credit must be given when your post or share the commission.The client cannot claim credit, copy, or trace the commission as their own work.The client may not use the commission for commercial use without prior agreement. Printing for personal use is allowed.Work Flow
Updates will be provided as regularly as possible for sketch, and final and allow for 2-3 revisions.Minor changes may be requested during the work. These include colour, small details, missing items.Major changes (additional characters) will incur additional fee based on changes.4. Copyright and Usage Policy (Commercial Projects)
The artist classify a project to be commercial when the client has the intent to monetize the commission piece. This includes selling merchandise, using the piece in advertising, and using the piece as a promotional asset.Commercial commissions will have additional costs, please email the artist to negotiate if you wish to use commission for commercial use.
